By purchasing from Ouralus, you affirm that you are acquiring our products solely for lawful research, analytical, or laboratory purposes, and not for consumption, ingestion, injection, or any other use in humans or animals. You further affirm that you have the knowledge, training, and facilities required to handle these materials safely and lawfully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website or purchase our products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and that you are legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age or identity verification and to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Buyer Responsibility and Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Payment is processed through third-party payment processors, which may include cryptocurrency (USDC) settlement and/or card-based payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable shipping.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, suspected intent to use products unlawfully or for human consumption, or errors in pricing or availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund through the original payment method where technically possible.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials and the requirements for product integrity, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact us atouralus.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and documentation (including photographs) of the issue. We will review each claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method where technically feasible; note that cryptocurrency transactions may require alternative refund arrangements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products are fit for any particular use, and specifically disclaim any warranty of fitness for human or animal use. 9. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
