How an order travels

  2. DispatchedSame business day when the order is placed before 11am CST; the next business day otherwise.
  3. TrackedTracking is emailed at dispatch. Every tested lot in the box is traceable by batch number to its published certificate.

Shipment protection is included on every order at no charge. It is not an add-on and there is nothing to select.
