20% of a referred researcher's first order and 10% of every order they place after it — paid to your bank account, monthly, for the previous month's delivered orders. Not credit, not points, not a discount on your own next order. The rate, the payout, the threshold and the attribution window are all below.

What a year looks like
One referral a month, each ordering $150 to start and 3 more times that year at $150. Ordinary figures on purpose — $150 is this site's free-shipping threshold, not a basket picked to flatter the total. Nothing here compounds and nothing assumes growth.

Year two starts above this line rather than at zero: those 12 researchers keep earning 10% for as long as they keep ordering, before a single new referral. This example does not count that.
How it works

You are issued a code and a link
One of each, tied to your email address. Ops issues them — the storefront has never held a code list, and this is no exception.

A researcher orders through it
A click is attributed for 30 days. A code typed at checkout counts whether or not they clicked anything.

The order is delivered
Commission is earned on delivery, not on payment — an order that is refunded before it arrives earns nobody anything.

You are paid the following month
Bank deposit (ACH), once your balance clears $50. Below that it rolls forward; it is never lost.
Not open yet
No codes are being issued today, and nothing on this site records a referral. There is no link to copy and no balance to look at — rather than show you a control that does nothing, this page says so.
The rates above are the programme as decided — they are what will apply, not an estimate. What does not exist yet is the attribution record that earns them, the code issuance that starts them, and a payout rail: this storefront can take money and cannot yet send it. Nothing is being recorded against your account today and no order placed now will be credited retrospectively.
