These terms cover Ouralus Texts, the text message program run by Ouralus ("Ouralus," "we," "us," or "our"). By ticking the SMS box at checkout or in our footer signup, you agree to these terms.
1. Program

What we send: order updates (such as order and shipping status) and offers from Ouralus.
2. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, with a maximum of 1 message per day. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
3. How to cancel
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, tick the SMS box at checkout or in our footer signup.
4. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or emailsupport@ouralus.com.
5. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Signing up for texts is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can buy from Ouralus without signing up.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
