An N-acetylated variant of Semax — the ACTH(4–7) fragment extended with Pro-Gly-Pro, with an acetyl group on the N-terminal amine. The acetylation is a stability modification at that terminus. As with Semax, NO DEFINED RECEPTOR HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED. Published work sits in the neuropeptide literature.
