Two synthetic peptides supplied in a single vial. CJC-1295 is a modified analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone based on the GHRH(1–29) fragment, and is an agonist at the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide agonist at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor GHS-R1a. They act at two different receptors, which is what the pairing is examined for. Published work sits in the somatotropic-axis literature.
