Credit is held against the email address you put on an order. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to keep — and for that same reason there is no box here to type an address into. A balance that answered to a typed address would answer to anyone who typed yours, and the answer alone would say whether that address has ordered here.

So a balance opens from a link instead. Finish a payment and the confirmation page carries one, signed for the email that order settled under and good for fifteen minutes. Follow it and the figure appears below.

What it is worth
100 points are worth $1.00, and that is fixed. It comes off the vials on a future order.
When you can spend it
Once you have earned $1.00. That is 100 points — about a $40 order.
How you spend it
Sign in at checkout and choose an amount in steps of 100 points, from 100. It goes alongside a card, never instead of one, and comes off the vials and never off shipping, so an order is never reduced below what it costs to send. Points are not combined with Fall BOGO orders. They do not expire.
