Test it. If it fails, we pay the lab.
Send any Ouralus vial to Janoshik. If it fails, we reimburse your lab fee and reship the vial. The guarantee covers every vial with a published batch report on its product page.

The rules
- One claim per orderEach order can make one claim, for one vial.
- Within 60 days of deliverySend your claim within 60 days of the delivery date on your tracking.
- A task number we can verifyGive us the Janoshik task number and its verify key. We check the report onjanoshik.com/verify. A report we cannot verify cannot be paid.
- The vial is replaced, not refundedWe repay the lab fee and ship you a new vial of the same product. All sales stay final; see ourreturns policy.
- Email us to claimEmail support@ouralus.com with your order number, the Janoshik task number and the lab's invoice for the test.
What "fails" means
Each product has a purity floor and a net-content floor. A vial fails if its Janoshik result is below either one. The purity floor is 98%, or 1.5 points below our published result if that is lower. The net-content floor is 90% of the label amount, or 5% below our published result if that is lower. Where the lab reports no purity figure, the vial is judged on net content only.
